So I have noticed the speed that the major podcast directories add my podcast. Tied for first place is iHeart Radio and Stitcher Radio. I guess YouTube would be in there too, but it is not pulling the podcast from my RSS feed.
In second place is iTunes, which is really hit or miss depending on what time I post the podcast. If I post it before 5 am, it is up quicker than if I post after 5 am.
In third place is Blubrry Network. This is only because I usually have to manually refresh my feed.
Tied for last place is TuneIn and Miro. It takes them 8 to 12 hours to update. I don’t recommend getting time sensitive podcasts from either of these sources.
